How does the knowledge base creation work?

VenturaCloud automatically scrapes your entire domain to build your knowledge base. This means we analyze your website content to understand your business, products, and services.

You can then enrich this knowledge base by uploading your own PDF documents to provide more detailed information to your chatbot.

This allows you to include product manuals, FAQs, training materials, or any other documentation that will help your chatbot provide better, more accurate responses to customer inquiries.

How does the one subscription = one domain model work?

Each domain gets its own subscription workspace with a dedicated knowledge base.

All bots deployed under that subscription share the same domain-based knowledge base, but each bot deployment requires its own separate plan and billing.

This allows you to have multiple bots across different channels while maintaining consistent knowledge.

What are unlimited tokens for AI interactions?
